2. Who does sex work?

Many people choose to do sex work because it is a legitimate and lucrative form of labor they can and want to do.

However, we know that certain folks—especially queer, trans, undocumented, disabled, drug-using, unhoused, economically disenfranchised, and Black/Brown/Indigenous folks—are more likely to turn to sex work because it is their best or only option to meet survival needs.
