Privacy:

• Zoom presentation will only show the presenter, slides, and audio. This will not be recorded and guests will not be filmed

• Attendees will be offered the opportunity to discreetly indicate interest in worker-only functions/resources at check-in.

Accessibility:

• In-person: Wheelchair accessible, size inclusive seating, low stimulation zone, masks available

• Zoom: Closed captioning, live transcript

• We welcome additional accessibility support requests and will do our best to accommodate requests, as our capacity allows.
